For Hobbes, the implicit agreement hypothesis implied that each man would have his own privileges and powers and opportunity and would not be confined by others living inside a similar society. Be that as it may, he would need to follow the sovereign authority of the state and would be committed to infer and comply with the law from the assent of the overseeing body.
